Don’t just automate. Orchestrate.

AI that takes on the process around the work, so people can do the work that matters.

Conduxa builds software where AI takes on the processes around people’s work, taking out the friction so they can focus on judgment, craft, and strategy.

Our vision

Not just transformation. Reformation.

Too much of people’s working day goes to the process around the work: searching, checking, tracking, chasing, re-sending. Most tools speed those steps up. We want to rebuild them, with AI agents that carry the process from start to finish, so communities and whole industries can spend their time on what only people can do.

01

Orchestrate, don’t replace

AI takes on the repetitive steps between people and their goals. The people stay in charge of judgment, relationships, and the final word.

02

Accountable by design

Every result shows where it came from, so anyone can check it. Trust is earned with sources, not promised in marketing.

03

Built with the people who do the work

We start inside one community, learn its real workflow from practitioners, and only then make it better.

How we use AI

The busywork moves to AI. The decisions stay with you.

In the Hub today, AI and automated checks gather the research, check every page, watch for new studies and notify authors. AI agents already handle support questions and bug reports, and we’re giving them more of the work over time.

  1. 1

GatherBring together the sources, records, and context a task needs.

  2. 2

CheckCompare the work against trusted sources and show what holds up.

  3. 3

WatchKeep an eye on what changes, long after the work is finished.

  4. 4

Notify & hand offTell the right person what changed and what needs their attention.

People write, decide, and approve. Our AI never quietly changes someone’s work.

Childbirth Educator Store

Educators will be able to offer resources from their Hub library to expectant parents. The Store and the Hub share one library, so what an educator publishes and keeps current in the Hub is exactly what parents see in the Store. There is no second copy to maintain.

From the founder

“I started Conduxa to give people back the hours that processes take from them, beginning with the educators who prepare families for birth.”

Derrick Koon · Founder

  • 3 US patents
  • Gartner-recognized products
  • InfoWorld 100 award
  • Teams of up to 16 engineers

Derrick spent 25+ years building enterprise software in Silicon Valley. At Vlocity and Salesforce he led the engineering teams behind CPQ and digital commerce products that Gartner named a Visionary and then a Leader. At SAP SuccessFactors he built mobile and recruiting platforms and is a named inventor on three US patents. At StubHub (eBay) he led marketplace integrations, including the link between StubHub and Major League Baseball ticketing. Earlier, at Oncology Therapeutic Network, then a Bristol Myers Squibb subsidiary, he built a clinical-data application that cut analysis time from days to hours and was recognized with an InfoWorld 100 award.

He has led teams of up to 16 engineers and coached many of them into senior and management roles. He founded Conduxa in 2026 to bring the same discipline to new communities: dependable systems, sources anyone can check, and people kept in charge of the decisions.
